What is a dry pedicure?
A dry pedicure (also called a European or waterless pedicure) skips the foot bath. Instead of soaking your feet in a tub, the technician works on dry skin and nails with an electric file (e-file) and fine tools. Cuticles, nails and dry skin are treated precisely, and gel polish is applied close to the cuticle line, so the result looks clean and lasts longer.
