• Where are you located?
  2054 Campus Drive, St. Charles, MO — convenient to St. Peters, O’Fallon, Maryland Heights, Chesterfield and the St. Louis area.
• What are your hours?
  Monday–Saturday, 9 AM – 9 PM. Closed Sundays. We work by appointment only.
• How do you sterilize your tools?
  All metal tools are cleaned and sterilized in a professional dry-heat sterilizer and stored in sealed pouches that we open in front of you. Files and buffers are single-use. How we keep the studio clean.
• Do you take walk-ins?
  No, we work by appointment only. Our technicians are not waiting in the studio between clients. Online booking is available up to 2 hours before your visit; for something sooner, call or text (314) 384-2578.
• How do I book?
  Book online through our booking page, or call or text us at (314) 384-2578. If the day is full, tap “Join Waitlist” on the booking page and we’ll notify you when a spot opens.
• What if I can’t find a time that works?
  Text us at (314) 384-2578 or message us in the chat — we’ll do our best to fit you in. Sometimes there are cancellations, or a technician finishes early.
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes. Online bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit. It goes toward your service — you pay the balance at your appointment.
• What is your cancellation policy?
  Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead and your deposit is refunded in full. With less than 48 hours notice, or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. See the full deposit & cancellation policy.
• What is a European (Russian) manicure?
  A dry manicure done without soaking: the cuticle area is cleaned precisely with an e-file and fine tools, then gel polish is applied close to the cuticle line. Many people call it a Russian manicure — it’s the same technique. Learn more.
• Do you do manicures with regular polish?
  No. On hands we use gel polish only. Prefer a natural look? Choose a manicure without polish ($70).
• How long does gel last?
  Our gel manicure usually lasts about 3 weeks, and our gel pedicure about 5 weeks.
• How long does an appointment take?
  A gel manicure takes about 2 hours, a gel pedicure about 2 hours, and a manicure or pedicure with design about 2.5 hours. Our VIP 4 Hands service (manicure and pedicure at the same time) takes about 1.5 hours.
• How much does a manicure or pedicure cost?
  Gel manicure $80, manicure with design from $90, manicure without polish $70. Gel pedicure $90, pedicure with design from $100, regular pedicure $80. See the full menu.
• Is your pedicure done with water?
  No. Our pedicure is fully dry and waterless — no soaking tubs. More about our dry pedicure.
• Do you do nail extensions?
  Yes — gel nail extensions on upper forms, from $200, by request. Please call or text us first, then book online. Details.
• Do you remove dip or acrylic?
  Yes, dip / acrylic removal is a $10 add-on done during your appointment.
• Do you offer men’s manicures and pedicures?
  Yes. Men’s manicure $80 and men’s pedicure $90 — clean, no-polish finish. Details.
• Do you use wax or tweezers for brows?
  We usually shape brows with tweezers, but if you prefer, we can also use wax — just let us know.
• Do you do eyebrows for men?
  Yes, at the same prices as all our brow services — natural, masculine shaping, never overdone. Details.
• Do you do upper lip hair removal?
  Yes, for $10 — as an add-on to any brow service. It is not booked on its own.
• Can I book brows together with a manicure?
  Brows are booked as a separate appointment, because they are done by our brow specialist, who keeps a separate schedule. More about brows.
• Do you sell gift cards?

• Do you offer nail courses?
